OptiPMD: Best New Analytical Instrument

Houston, Texas, U.S.A. (October 16, 2019) – OptiPMD won the “2019 Best New Analytical Instrument” at Gulf Coast Conference last week. Thirteen new analyzers competed for the coveted title, including Agilent, Koehler, Grabner, Shimadzu, and Eralytics among others. PAC won the most votes from the show’s attendees and some of our industry peers. OptiPMD performs a physical atmospheric distillation in just 10 minutes using only 10 ml of sample. It follows ASTM D7345, which is approved in more than 10 fuel specifications, including gasoline with up to 20% ethanol, diesel, jet fuel, kerosene and bio-diesels.
