Qualipak 750

The Qualipak 750 Series are non-destructive and non-subjective leak testers designed to verify the seal integrity of canisters, bottles, and other sealed packages. Using the vacuum decay method in compliance with ASTM F2338-04 – Standard Test Method for Non-destructive Detection of Leaks in Packages by Vacuum Decay Method, the Qualipak 750 delivers fast, reliable, and repeatable results.

Ideal for both package and process development, the Qualipak 750 helps evaluate the sealing performance and leak tightness of materials formed into packaging. With the optional analog output, users can collect data to optimize sealing machine settings when materials or specifications change—saving valuable production time. Test data can also be saved to a PC for trend analysis, enabling proactive maintenance and improved package quality and productivity.
