Privacy Statement



This policy applies to how Petroleum Analyzer Company, LP (“PAC”) processes personal data and personal information of our employees and where applicable, our customers.  All supervisors are responsible for enforcing this policy and our employees are trained to be familiar with and comply with PAC’s data privacy policy and procedures.

The purpose of this policy is to inform employees and customers of the principles under which PAC processes personal data and personal information.

PAC is a privacy conscious organization and is committed to your personal right to privacy.  We only collect personal information that is specifically and voluntarily provided by a user to us.  A visitor may choose to become a user and provide information to register for ordering goods or services, or to apply for a job using our career portal.  When we receive identifiable information from a user we use it solely for the purpose for which it was provided and secure your information as required by law.


Where visitors to our website choose to provide us with a name, e-mail address, or other information, they become potential customers of PAC:

PAC will use your information solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
We will only use and disclose your information in accordance with your permission.
We will let you change your information so that you can keep it up to date.
We do not give your personally identifiable information to advertisers.
We do not sell or rent your private information to third parties.


In processing personal data, PAC complies with the following principles.  Adherence to the principles may be limited to the extent to meet national security, public interest, law enforcement and other legal requirements and obligations.

Notice: Where PAC collects personal information directly from individuals, it will inform them about the purposes for which it collects and uses such personal information, the types of third parties to which PAC discloses that information, and the choices and means, if any, PAC offers individuals for limiting the use and disclosure of their personal information. Notice will be provided in clear and conspicuous language when individuals are first asked to provide personal information, or as soon as practicable thereafter, and in any event before PAC uses the information for a purpose other than that for which it was originally collected.

Choice: PAC will offer individuals the opportunity to choose (opt-out) whether their personal information is (a) to be disclosed to a third party, or (b) to be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized by the individual.

Data Integrity: PAC will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. PAC will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is used for its intended purpose, and is accurate, complete, and current.

Onward Transfers: PAC may transfer information to a third party acting as an agent or business partner of PAC by making sure that the third party enters into an agreement with PAC in which the third party promises to provide similar protection as PAC’s privacy policy. Occasionally, PAC may also be required to disclose certain personal data to other third parties as a matter of law; to protect PAC’s legal rights; or in an emergency where health or security of an individual is endangered.

Access and Correction: Upon request, PAC will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information that PAC may hold about them. In addition, PAC will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Security: PAC will take reasonable precautions to protect personal information in its possession from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Enforcement: Individuals may contact PAC at in order to register complaints, to submit access requests, or to address any other issues under the privacy policy.

Dispute Resolution: Any questions or concerns regarding the use or disclosure of personal information should be directed to PAC at the address given below. PAC will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding the use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the principles contained in this policy.
