State-of-the-Art Solution
Thousands of users worldwide trust OptiDist for its state-of-the-art solution for performing atmospheric distillation, offering the most precision and ease-of-use.
Product Overview
Advanced Sensors’ microscopy analyzers are the leading solution for measuring oil and solids in the challenging upstream oil and gas environments. Our technology provides valuable insights into the size and concentration of oils and solids in produced water. By capturing images of the produced water and utilizing a combination of sophisticated algorithms developed by our expert engineering team and machine learning models trained on 10 years of data from various applications, our algorithms and AI can accurately identify the composition of your water. This helps to safeguard your re-injection wells and monitor your produced water process effectively. Our technology uses Ultrasonic Cleaning, which prevents oil buildup or dirt from contaminating the optical components and ensures that the images are crystal clear. Our EX-400, EX-100M, and EX-1000M models have been successfully deployed in the field since 2010.

Software
The microscopy system promises an unparalleled user experience with its seamless and user-friendly design, featuring an intuitive interface akin to our EX-100 analysers. Real-time user screens provide a clear differentiation between solids and oil droplets through simple yet effective color coding, thanks to our advanced image processing. What sets it apart is the ability to view both the processed image and the raw data simultaneously, with two images displayed on screen at any given time.
To facilitate a comprehensive understanding, the system offers distribution curves and trending displays for all crucial particle measurements. Whether you prefer live data display during the measurement run or a trended view of results from each run, we’ve got you covered.
Configuring the system is a breeze, allowing you to effortlessly adjust the number of images per cycle, calibrate gain and curve settings, and handpick the desired number of images for backup and review purposes. You even have the flexibility to set the particle size range that you’re interested in measuring, tailoring the system to your specific needs.
