Advanced Sensors’ microscopy analyzers are the leading solution for measuring oil and solids in the challenging upstream oil and gas environments. Our technology provides valuable insights into the size and concentration of oils and solids in produced water. By capturing images of the produced water and utilizing a combination of sophisticated algorithms developed by our expert engineering team and machine learning models trained on 10 years of data from various applications, our algorithms and AI can accurately identify the composition of your water. This helps to safeguard your re-injection wells and monitor your produced water process effectively. Our technology uses Ultrasonic Cleaning, which prevents oil buildup or dirt from contaminating the optical components and ensures that the images are crystal clear. Our EX-400, EX-100M, and EX-1000M models have been successfully deployed in the field since 2010.

Configuring the system is a breeze, allowing you to effortlessly adjust the number of images per cycle, calibrate gain and curve settings, and handpick the desired number of images for backup and review purposes. You even have the flexibility to set the particle size range that you’re interested in measuring, tailoring the system to your specific needs.
