With an extensive range of measurement temperatures, configurations, and sample inlet and outlet conditions, the Distillation Analyzer minimizes the need for additional sample handling components for a streamlined system design that produces a more reliable, repeatable measurement. Extended functionality includes the ability to program automatic decoke cycles.

How the Distillation analyzer works

Offering a standard measuring range of between 0-430°C, the Distillation analyzer performs a small-scale distillation using 20 mL of sample under temperature-controlled conditions.

With a rapid distillation time of between 10-15 minutes to FBP, depending on the sample properties and configuration, up to 128 new results are available every ten to twenty minutes for comprehensive process control.

Utilizing our existing and proven laser level technology for precise distillation recovery monitoring, and a system designed to minimize or remove the need for regular maintenance, icon’s innovative approach addresses the problems with other systems.
