Reformulyzer® M4 Training
PAC Training Program – Rotterdam
The AC Analytical Controls® product line offers a range of high-tech analyzers for petrochemical sample streams based on Gas Chromatography. Our products are user-friendly and easy-to-use, although the technique is complex. To improve your skills, obtain the best results, and completely understand your analyzer, PAC offers a complete program of factory, customized and on-site trainings. These courses are designed to assist operators and lab engineers in their day-to-day operation of PAC systems by providing the optimal mix between theory, practice, and hands-on training. Training improves laboratory productivity and the accuracy of instrument results.
Reformulyzer® M4 Course Description
The 3-day Reformulyzer® M4 training course is designed for new and experienced users of PAC products; however, a basic knowledge of gas chromatography is required. Class sizes are small keeping the course highly interactive and flexible. The course consists of theoretical and practical sessions, including:
- System details, software and hardware operation, and application and methods
- Interpretation of results and discussion
- Troubleshooting and maintenance
- Validation of the instrument

Day 1: Reformulyzer® M4 Basics – Hardware and Software
- Reformulyzer® M4 basics
- Simplified PNA analyzer and the primary separation on the polar column
- PNA/PIANO/PIONA method, step-by-step
- Software practice and features
- Hardware overview, practice, and system start-up
- Creating sequence for A / B-time
- Evaluation
Day 2: Introduction to Reformulyzer® M4 Olefins / Oxygenates Modes
- Evaluation results of PNA analyses
- Introduction to olefin trap
- PONA method, step-by-step
- Practice replacement of traps and columns and creating sequence PONA
- Oxygenates: introduction to the OPNA / gasoline method
- Gasoline method, step-by-step
- Creating sequence gasoline
- Evaluation
Day 3: Evaluation and Troubleshooting
- Evaluation results of PONA analyses

This 2-day course has an all-in fee of € 2,913.

Terms and Conditions:
- Registration is required by completing the online registration form or by e-mail. Further details will be submitted by e-mail.
- Payments need to be settled 100% prior to the start date of the training course.
- Registrations will be considered in the order of receipt. They should arrive at our company at least 6 weeks before the training starts.
- Classes are limited to 8 participants. Courses with less than 3 registrations are subject to cancellation.
- Relinquishment within 14 days before the course starts or in case of non-participation, 100% of the seminar fees will be charged. Of course, a training registration can be transferred to a colleague.
- Training price includes training, training material plus lunch and beverages at the training facility. Costs for travelling, accommodation, and other meals are not included.
