ClearView On-Line Colorimeter

FuelView On-Line Colorimeter
The 42015-FV FuelView Analyzer continuously measures the red dye concentration of dyed commercial fuels, simultaneously with color and haze, either in a side-stream or directly in the pipeline.

Designed to measure flash point temperatures from 10º to 121ºC (50º to 250ºF). Measurements correlate to ASTM D-56 Tag Closed Cup, ASTM D-93 Pensky-Martens Closed Cup or ASTM D-92 Cleveland Open Cup test procedures.
 

General Flash Point Monitor
Designed to accept samples with viscosities as high as 2000 cSt (9300 SSU) at 38ºC (100ºF) and flash point temperatures from 60º to 315ºC (140º to 600ºF). Measurements correlate to ASTM D-93 Pensky-Martens Closed Cup or ASTM D-92 Cleveland Open Cup test procedures.
 

Integrated Flash Point Monitor

Reid Vapor Pressure Monitor
Designed to directly measure Reid Vapor Pressure over a range of 0 to 22 psi at 37.8ºC (100ºF) as specified in ASTM D-323 (IP-69 / ISO 3007).
 

Absolute Vapor Pressure Monitor
Designed to measure Absolute Vapor Pressure over a range of 0.14 to 14 kg/cm2 absolute (0 - 200 psi) with a preset measuring temperature range of 37.8º to 71ºC (100º to 160ºF). Correlation to ASTM D-323 (IP-69 / ISO 3007) and ASTM D-1267 (IP-161 / ISO 4256).
 
Viscosity

Continuous Viscometer
Measures viscosity over spans of 2 to 4000 Centipoise, selectable through the use of any of eleven (11) standard capillary range tubes provided with the analyzer. Continuous absolute viscosity results comparable to ASTM D-445. Designed for use in NEC Class 1, Division 1, Group D hazardous areas.
 

Viscosity Index Monitor
Simultaneously measures absolute viscosity at two user selectable temperature points, comparable to ASTM D-445. Reports viscosity at any two reference temperatures by extrapolation or interpolation from direct measurements. Measurement range of 5 to 5,000 Centipoise. Extremely high bath temperature capabilities of 50º to 250ºC (122º to 482ºF).
