P 6200 SERIES PROCESS ANALYZERS

Antek's 6200 Series On-Line Sulfur/Nitrogen Analyzers quantitate total sulfur and/or total bound nitrogen in process streams with detection capabilities from 250 ppb to percent levels. These rugged, low maintenance analyzers feature dual-stream and dual-range analyses and offer excellent reproducibility and linearity with a fast analysis time.

• Total sulfur and/or total bound nitrogen
• Wide detection range: 250 ppb to % levels
• Excellent reliability; low maintenance

• Advanced communications, remote control
• Dual range, dual stream analysis
• Computer-controlled operation

The 6200 Series includes a touch-screen interface and is completely computer-controlled. Advanced communications with remote operation and diagnostics capabilities are accomplished via digital inputs and outputs. RS-232, RS-422, or RS-485 for ModBus RTU connections are standard, with Modbus TCP/IP and Ethernet connections also available upon request.

The 6200’s modular design simplifies accessibility and configuration options, while also enabling users to buy one detector now (sulfur or nitrogen) and add a second later…one stream, two results. Measurements can be performed on virtually any liquid or gas sample. Common petroleum applications include gasoline, gas oils, mo-gas, naptha, natural gas, LPG, diesel, kerosene and lube oils.

• ASTM D 5453, D 4629, D 6667 compliance and/or equivalency
DIN 38409; EN 20846

• Certified by CSA/NRTL and CENELEC-ATEX
• Accepted by CARB for analysis of sulfur & nitrogen in RFG & diesel
• Choice method of ISBT for total sulfur analysis in food-grade CO

6200 Series analyzers utilize the accuracy and precision of Pyro-fluorescence™ sulfur and Pyro-Chemiluminescence™ nitrogen detection. Pyro-fluorescence™ (ASTM D 5453) is a proven, matrix-independent sulfur detection method, while Pyro-Chemiluminescence™ (ASTM D 4629) provides clean, fast determination of total bound nitrogen. Both methods provide excellent sensitivity while eliminating environmentally hazardous catalysts, reagents, lead acetate tape and other wastes. The same proven technologies used in Antek’s 6200 Series Process Analyzers are also available for laboratory applications, enabling simplified data correlation between process and lab units.
