Objective and economical analysis for automated comparison of fuel deposits to the JFTOT standard color code.

The New Video TDR from Alcor is designed to analyze JFTOT heater tube deposits, compare results directly to JFTOT color standards and create an electronic, record allowing the operator an opportunity to send test results anywhere via e-mail within moments of completing the test.

Operator capabilities vary, so interpretation of results can be quite subjective. With automated, single-button operation, the Video TDR produces accurate analysis of JFTOT heater tube deposits–every time. By utilizing a video camera rather than relying solely on the human eye,  the Video TDR produces rapid, precise results.

The JFTOT analysis ASTM D 3241 is a standard test required to be run on every batch of Jet Fuel produced. The test evaluates oxidation stability of the fuel. Critical to this test is an objective analysis of deposits produced on the test coupon or the heater tube.
