With the convenience and speed of PAC online analyzers, petrochemical engineers have the advantage of monitoring and analyzing process deviations real-time, for better insight and opportunities for increased quality and capacity.
PAC online analyzers are used to monitor the various properties of petrochemical raw materials, olefins, aromatics and synthesis gas, as well as their resulting intermediate streams and final products. PAC process analyzers are deployed in the petrochemical process to monitor vapor pressure, flash point, cold behavior, and the amount of nitrogen and sulfur, ensuring final product specifications prior to custody transfer.
The new MicroDist online analyzer will be used in a major petrochemical plant to monitor four points in the ethylene process by distillation of the boiling point curve.
