PAC offers more than 30 lab instruments for biofuel testing. PAC analyzers detect sulfur and other substances in ethanol, palm oils and animal fats, as well as the sulfur content in biodiesel and other petroleum-based fuels, reducing the chance for harmful emissions when these biofuels are burned.
PAC’s the MultiTek™, SIMDIS, OptiDist™, CID 510 (Cetane) analyzers detect chemical elements such as sulfur, that can cause harmful emissions when biofuels, including bioethanol, biodiesel, and other experimental products blended into petroleum-based fuels, are burned. The SIMDIS detects sulfur, glycerides, and other substances in ethanol, palm oils, and animal fats. The MultiTek™ detects nitrogen in palm oils. Both analyzers are also ideal for testing nitrogen and sulfur content in liquid hydrocarbons.
