PAC Elemental analyzers test for and determine the quantitative composition of specific elements in a wide range of compounds, including fuels, petrochemicals, water, foods, pharmaceuticals, and other products. Generally, PAC analyzers measure total sulfur, total nitrogen, and/or halides. Our new, innovative MultiTek; analyzer can be utilized to measure all of these elements by employing a uniquely efficient process that includes combustion Ion Chromatography (CIC), Ultraviolet Fluorescence (UVF), and our patented Chemiluminescence technologies.
In addition to our premier sulfur and nitrogen analysis, this next-generation analyzer can be furnished with combustion ion chromatography (CIC), which combines complete combustion with the separation power of ion chromatography to simultaneously analyze trace halide (F, Cl, Br and I) and sulfur compounds in matrices that cannot be analyzed by ion chromatography alone.
We offer sulfur and nitrogen specific detectors: the 7090N/S, for gas chromatography, and a nitrogen specific detector, the 8060N, for high performance liquid chromatography.
