The PSPI 45607 Flash Point Monitor is a continuous, on-stream process monitor for measuring the flash point of hydrocarbon process streams. It is especially well-suited for applications that do not require sample conditioning, or where an auxiliary conditioning system is already present. The 45607 Flash Point Monitor is a quick and simple on-line flash point monitor that's economical, simple to operate, and easy to maintain. The analyzers software configuration can be modified without opening the explosion-proof enclosure. Rugged and reliable, the 45607 is housed in an explosion-proof enclosure. No catalyst is used, so sulfur sensitivity is completely eliminated. The PSPI 45607 Flash Point Monitor is designed to measure flash point temperatures from 10 to 121C (50 to 250F), and delivers a repeatability of +/-1.0C (+/-2F). Measurements correlate to either ASTM D56 (Tag) or D93 (Pensky-Martens) Closed Cup test methods.
